In order to process your online order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card/business account information. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone.

Personal Data

We do collect the information given at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party and is only collected by Jaguar for the purpose of processing orders, tracking orders or tracing information.
However, Jaguar may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order uses for delivering specific services to you (for example, the financial institution that issued your credit card or the courier that delivers your order). Your information will not be shared with individuals or other companies (such as direct mail organisations or other third parties) unless required by law.

Cookies are small text files used by an internet browser (such as Internet Explorer) to store information on your computer s hard drive. Each cookie can only be read by the web server that originally issued it. Cookies cannot provide information about your system or collect information from your hard drive.

Jaguar uses Cookies so you will not have to re-enter certain information every time you shop at the site. We do not use cookies to store credit card numbers, address information or any other personal information. We gather and keep data regarding which categories and products visitors are looking at or searching for to be able to learn what our customers are interested in as well as improve our assortment and offers. This information is also used for making it possible to show you related products or send you related offers (if you have explicitly asked us to do so). The information is also used to produce traffic statistics for network managment.

Credit Card Payment Information
All credit card orders are handled on a secure system, maintained to the highest standards in physical security, network security, and Anti Virus/Anti Hacking safeguards. When an order is placed your Credit Card number is split in two. One part of the number is stored in an encrypted database, the other is sent using secure encryption to Jaguars online orders processing department. The credit card number is only reconstituted when the charge is being made. One part of the number is then destroyed. The second part is stored for reference should we need to contact you regarding the order. If we need to contact you your number will appear in the format 1234-XXXX-XXXX-5678
