In December 2006 we took a poll on our website asking whether Jaguar
should strictly enforce its trade-only status both on our website and
in-store. Due to the overwhelming response on the part of our trade
customers, we have decided to enact a policy to take effect on Monday
the 22nd of January 2007. After this date we will implement a number of changes
to our ordering process:

1. Only registered customers can view our pricing information on our
   website. All visitors, trade or non-trade, can still browse our
   catalog and view technical information on products, however our pricing
   information will be restricted to customers who have an
   account with Jaguar. Trade customers can register an account on our website by
   clicking here, and following verification of your trade status,
   you will be granted access to our trade pricing information.
2. To reduce the number of small retail-level orders we recieve,
   we will be implementing a minimum order value policy in store and
   online. Any order placed in our store must be equal to or greater
   than €100 excluding VAT (€121.00 including VAT),
   and online orders placed on our website must be equal or greater than
   €50 excluding VAT(€66.55 including VAT).

We have enacted this policy to protect our trade customers business
interests and market competitiveness. We hope to enact these changes in
a manner which minimises disruption to our customers. If you already
